  • Readings are delivered as private recorded voiceovers, accompanied by PDF copies of the charts used in your reading. You can watch and listen whenever it suits you—no appointment required.

  • Your expected delivery timeframe will be provided when you purchase your reading. Because every reading is individually researched and prepared, turnaround times may vary. Most readings are complete within 3-5 days after the intake forms are complete.

  • Please provide the birth date, exact birth time, and birthplace for each person included in your reading whenever possible.

  • No. Rose & Thorn uses astrology as a language for reflection, not certainty. A reading can illuminate patterns and possibilities, but it cannot determine another person’s feelings or choices. It also can’t predict human behavior.

  • Yes. The Pattern, The Dynamics, and The Story each include one follow-up question related to your original reading. For a more substantial continuation, returning clients may book The Commitment.

  • Yes, provided you have their permission to share it for the purpose of an astrological reading. By purchasing a reading involving another person, you confirm that you have obtained that permission. Rose & Thorn does not independently verify consent.

  • Because each reading requires individualized research and preparation, purchases are nonrefundable once work on your reading has begun. If you contact Rose & Thorn before preparation begins, a cancellation may be possible. It’s best to reach out within 24 hours of returning your intake form.

  • Please check all birth information carefully before submitting it. Rose & Thorn cannot guarantee a replacement reading when an analysis has been prepared using information supplied incorrectly by the client.

  • No. All Rose & Thorn readings are exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. Every person whose birth chart is included in a reading must be at least 18 at the time of purchase. This includes synastry, composite charts, chart overlays, and any other analysis involving more than one person.

  • Rose & Thorn does not offer readings that pair a client’s chart with the chart of a living celebrity, public figure, or other person with whom the client does not have a personal relationship.

    The Story may, however, be used imaginally with a historical figure who is deceased, provided sufficiently reliable birth information is available. These readings are symbolic and imaginative explorations, not representations of a relationship that actually existed.
